Kandyce joined Accenture as the Managing Director, Business Group (BG) Lead for Accenture Ecosystem Partners in May 2025. She is accountable for accelerating the growth of strategic alliance relationships in the Accenture Security division.
Prior to joining Accenture, Kandyce had the privilege of serving in various capacities at IBM. Most recently, Kandyce was the Managing Director, MSP Programs for the Ecosystem Team at IBM where she was responsible for developing the MSP Program and driving revenue growth for MSP. Previously, Kandyce was a Managing Partner of Global Cybersecurity Services Alliances within IBM Consulting where she led the design, development, and implementation of the company’s Worldwide Security Services Strategic Alliance Partner Program, as well as managed a high performing team accountable for the portfolio of strategic technology alliance relationships.
Prior to her recruitment by IBM, Kandyce served as a Vice President at Palo Alto Networks, where she focused on building the operational go-to-market frameworks, infrastructure, program sales channels, acquisitions, and global alliances to help unlock revenue growth. Prior to Palo Alto Networks, she has held increasingly progressive management roles at Polycom, Booz Allen Hamilton, SunTrust, and Avaya.
Kandyce has been recognized as a “Power 100” Women in the Channel by CRN six times between 2012 and 2018. CRN also recognized Kandyce as a “Woman of the Channel” fourteen times from 2012 through 2025. She has also been recognized as a “Channel Chief” in the industry from 2023 thru 2025.
Kandyce holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Maryland. Kandyce has a Cybersecurity Strategy Certification from Georgetown University.
