Enrollment for the Lift Mentoring Winter 2027 round of the Lift Mentoring Program will open on October 26 and close on November 27.

Lift is a global mentoring program designed to empower professionals by fostering meaningful relationships across all stages of their careers. As the Women in Cybersecurity study indicates, mentorship is correlated with the success and satisfaction of women at all levels. Mentoring relationships offer support and encouragement in defining and achieving career goals, managing work-life integration, and developing and advancing professionally.

Participating as a mentee is a EWF Member exclusive opportunity. Being a Mentor is open to anyone with 6+ years of experience.
