Annie Jones

Project Coordinator

Annie Jones joined the Executive Women’s Forum in 2025 and serves as a Project Coordinator. Prior to her role with the EWF, Annie spent six years with No Means No Worldwide (NMNW), a global violence prevention organization. She trained women across Africa, both in-person and virtually, to raise awareness of and prevent gender-based violence in their communities. She then served as NMNW’s Partnerships Specialist, supporting over 80 community-based organizations to implement dual-gender, evidence-based violence prevention programs, while also providing quality improvement support and strengthening global partner networks.

Prior to her time at NMNW, Annie served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tigray, Ethiopia, where she supported community development initiatives and led gender equity programming at the local high school.

Annie earned Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and was recognized by the university in 2024 with the Charles C. Stewart International Young Humanitarian Award. She is passionate about advancing inclusivity and equity, and she brings a global perspective to her work at the EWF. Annie lives in Chicago and loves traveling, riding her bike along the lakefront (when Chicago weather permits), reading, and seeing as much live music as humanly possible!
