Prachi joined the EWF team in 2023. She comes to the EWF with over 15 years of professional experience in leading projects in the areas of Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Succession Planning across multiple industries and geographies. As part of the EWF’s Leadership Academy, Prachi is a Coach/Facilitator of The Leader Within, where she works with women leaders to ensure they have the skills needed to flourish in their roles.

In earlier roles, she has developed and facilitated learning offerings for Senior Managers, headed HR functions for a Global Shared Services Centre, and was deeply involved in the global transformation efforts of multiple organizations.

Prachi is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from ICF and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is also a Certified Transitions Coach and Energy Leadership Index master practitioner (ELI-MP).
