Our Journey
It began in 2002 with a simple napkin and a bold vision. Joyce Brocaglia wrote down the names of women leaders she admired in the infosec industry, sparking the creation of the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF), founded to engage, develop, and advance leaders while fostering inclusion.
From a napkin sketch to a global force, EWF remains dedicated to its mission: to engage, develop, and advance leaders while fostering inclusion. The story continues through every leader and ally who steps forward, connects, and champions change.
