The Leader Within is a 6-month virtual leadership development program that builds confident, competent, and connected leaders.

This program helps professionals at all levels recognize and optimize their individual strengths, hone their authentic leadership presence, and confidently contribute to their organization, all while creating a community that fosters lifelong, trusted relationships among industry women across the globe.

Facilitated by an International Coaching Federation and Energy Leadership–certified coach, this immersive program brings together a cohort of participants for monthly 90-minute virtual sessions. Together, you’ll uncover your unique leadership vision, deepen your self-awareness, and enhance your presence—both professionally and personally.

This course is for women only.
