What We Do

Recognize an Ally Who Empowers Women Leaders

Each year at the EWF Annual Conference an Allyship Award is presented to an ally who uplifts women in their organization, plays a meaningful role in advancing women’ s careers, and strives to help women reach their highest potential.

Originated in 2021, this award recognizes that allyship is critical when it comes to women succeeding in a heavily male-dominated field, and applauds those who ally themselves with the rising women in their organizations.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the EWF Allyship Award, nominees must:

  • Be an active practitioner in the information security, privacy, or risk space
  • Have a proven record of working to advance gender equity and inclusion in the workplace
