What You’ll Experience

Facilitated by an International Coaching Federation and Leading with Conversational Intelligence® certified coach, this program combines on-demand learning modules with live, interactive experiences. Through this journey, you’ll gain the skills to navigate complex conversations, regulate emotional dynamics, and build lasting trust.

The Program Includes:

  • Six 90-minute live ExperiMentor sessions – Interactive, real-time learning to integrate and apply the concepts.
  • Module Materials Guide and supplementary resources – Curated content to reinforce key learnings.
  • ExperiMentor Field Guide – A practical tool to help you apply the concepts to real-life actions.
  • Personal C-IQ Catalyst Tool® Self Report – A self-assessment that helps you track your growth and refine your leadership approach.
