Denise is a Managing Director in EY’s Technology Consulting practice with a focus on cybersecurity. She has over 30+ years of industry experience in areas of cybersecurity, fraud prevention, threat & incident response, risk management, business resiliency, identity and access management. Prior to joining EY, Denise was the CISO of a global company and served in a variety of roles at Splunk, JPMC, ADP, and Merck. She has worked across multiple industries — including financial services, technology, health and life sciences. She has a successful track record aligning cybersecurity program with business strategy. She has been recognized for excellence in cybersecurity, strategy, and program execution. She drives positive change through business collaboration and building high performing teams.

Denise holds a Masters in Telecommunication Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rutgers University. She has been on the Board of Advisors for the Executive Women’s Forum for 12+ years.
