Linda Dolceamore is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant that holds over three decades of corporate experience in a variety of Organizational Development, Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Sales Support roles, as well as supported top leaders within Cyber Security, Technology, Banking and Luxury Brands.  

In addition, Linda has coached over 500 leaders from diverse Fortune 500 companies worldwide, helping them align their strategic vision and achieve impactful results.  

Since 2014, Linda has served as the Chief Leadership Development Officer at the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF), where she designs and oversees initiatives that advance members through the EWF Leadership Academy. She also facilitates programs like The Leader Within and Leading with Conversational Intelligence®, focusing on leadership, self-awareness, and resilience. Linda is responsible for overseeing the Lift Mentoring Program, helping members navigate career transitions and grow professionally.  

A certified Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Linda is trained in a variety of assessment tools, including Conversational Intelligence® and the Energy Leadership Assessment. She holds a BA and MA from Montclair State University and is a graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). Linda is also an adjunct professor, delivering motivational talks to students and preparing future leaders.
