Lisa joined the EWF team in 2025. As part of the EWF’s Leadership Academy, Lisa is a Coach/Facilitator for Leading With Conversational Intelligence®.

Lisa brings over 30 years of global and national corporate experience to her work as a highly skilled facilitator of personal development for individual executives and their teams. She partners with her clients to help them unleash their full leadership potential so that they can bring business and people together to deliver outstanding results.

Lisa believes there is no “one size fits all” approach to leadership success. Instead, she feels that true leaders are dynamic, embracing each day with a genuine passion for their work. Lisa uses transformational coaching and facilitation to helps develop individuals and organizations, fostering change at all levels of leadership and creating vision and success in today’s business economy.

Lisa is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), through ICF, Brené Brown’s Dare Lead to Certified Facilitator, Certified Conversational Intelligence® Facilitator, Hogan Assessment Certified,  Cultural Sensitivity Coach Training, and EI-Q 2.0 certified.
