For more than 25 years, Lynn Terwoerds has been an outstanding technology executive and technology risk leader for very large global companies – Microsoft, Barclays PLC, Oracle Corp. Lynn’s background includes senior leadership positions in multiple vertical markets ranging from technology to banking and healthcare. She understands the role of technology as a source of competitive advantage.

Lynn serves on the board of First Fed (FNWB), a NASDAQ listed company, where she chairs the audit committee and serves on the Fintech and Asset & Loan Quality committees. Additionally, she chairs a nonprofit board, Northwest Maritime Center, is on the advisory board of the Executive Women’s Forum (private) and is an investor and advisor to a cloud security startup, Containn. She is a founding member of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) and the Professional Association of CISO’s (PAC).

Lynn is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and was among the first group to earn the NACD Directorship Certification™. She is also active in Women Corporate Directors and Board Risk Committee.
