Mary joined the EWF team in 2014. She is the Director of Programs for the EWF, where she facilitates transformative leadership development experiences through programs such as the Leadership Academy, Lift Mentoring Program, and the EWF Forums. She is dedicated to empowering professionals by fostering growth, mentorship, and career advancement. Mary holds a B.S. in Management with a minor in International Business & Economics from Purdue University. She is an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
